Our Process

Simple 3-Step Financial Planning Process

Throughout the entire process, there is no upfront cost to you. Additionally, there is no cost what-so-ever unless you are completely satisfied.

If you are satisfied, then you will simply need to sign the necessary paperwork to transfer your investments so that we can begin managing them for the benefit of your goals. If for some reason you are not satisfied with this initial planning process, then you are free to walk away having spent nothing but your time.

We offer this Satisfaction Guarantee because we are confident that you will see the value we provide and how it benefits you!

The Importance of Financial Planning

It’s easy to delay financial planning until you realize you have important goals you want to achieve—like financing your children’s education, protecting your family, planning for retirement, or leaving a legacy.

Simply put, a financial plan helps you manage your finances so you feel secure you will achieve your goals for life, work, and family.

Whether you’re married or single, working or retired, life is all about juggling. Your financial plan helps identify your priorities and shows you how to achieve your goals.

Building a financial plan can seem daunting at first. However, it doesn’t have to be complicated.

With our simple, 4-step financial planning process, your short- and long-term goals will be in sight.

introductory meeting

Your financial plan begins with a complimentary one-on-one meeting where you will share your concerns about your financial situation and talk about where you want to be in the future.

In this meeting, we will also discuss our services, the way we work with clients, and how our pricing works.

This initial meeting is free and there is no obligation on your part to sign any forms or commit to working with us.

At the end of this meeting, we’ll both decide if there is a mutual fit. If there is, the next step is for you to track down some documents in preparation for the next meeting.

Data Gathering Meeting

In this meeting, we will review the financial documents that we requested you gather. We will then begin identifying your goals, concerns, and risks. This approach ensures we have a thorough understanding of all the moving parts of your financial situation. Once we have this information, we start working on your personalized Comprehensive Financial Plan.

Plan Presentation meeting

Two to three weeks later, it’s time for your Plan Presentation Meeting. During this meeting we will review the Comprehensive Financial Plan that we prepared for you and provide you with specific recommendations for your unique situation and goals. Our recommendations are intended to get you on the right track as well as protect you, your family, and your assets.

At the conclusion of the meeting, you will have a very good understanding of your overall financial picture and the steps you need to take.
